What is Climate Change?                                      Climate Change refers to fluctuations in typical weather patterns and temperatures locally, regionally and globally ( United Nations ,   n.d.). These changes lead to adversely warm temperatures or even extremely cold temperatures, though the latter rarely occurs. Such drastic changes in climatic conditions pose major vulnerability worldwide, especially upon Caribbean islands as its sensitivity and exposure to these threats are paramount.
